Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree + 5 years in digital media/marketing; market-savvy with strong analytical skills.

2. 8+ years’ experience; 3+ years managing teams; expertise in Douyin/TikTok growth (0→1 success preferred).

3. Deep understanding of short video algorithms and brand matrix management.

4. Proven ability to monetize media ecosystems.

5. Knowledge of viral content mechanics and internet culture.

6. Crisis management and PR skills.

Responsibilities:

1.Establish and maintain procedures for the receipt, dispatch, and storage of goods in the cold storage, process inbound and outbound documents, and generate daily inventory reports;

2. Responsible for registering, verifying, and counting incoming and outgoing goods, and issuing documents such as inbound and outbound orders;

3. Responsible for the safekeeping, lending, and archiving of cold storage documents;

4.Store goods in an orderly manner based on the "zone and location" principle, accurately record and label goods with specifications, names, and other details;

5. Perform other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

1. At least one year of warehouse experience;

2. Familiarity with cold storage management and the logistics industry;

3. Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operation processes, proficient in using WORD and EXCEL office software;

4. Positive work attitude and strong ability to work under pressure;

5. Experience in e-commerce warehousing is preferred.
